Potatoes Brushed 5kg are high in starch and low in sugar and moisture. They’re great for roasting, mashing and making into chips. This variety isn’t ideal for salads as they may break up during cooking. They are however a good source of vitamins C and B6, manganese, phosphorus, niacin and pantothenic acid.
All potatoes should be washed, including organic ones and ones you plan on peeling. Over-boiling can ruin the Potato. It may cause them to turn mushy.
