Watermelon Seedless have densely compacted magenta flesh that is crisp yet succulent. Look for watermelons with nice even colour except for a yellow patch (not white or green) where it laid on the ground. They are renowned for their hydrating properties and the Seedless version is no exception. They are comprised of nearly 90 percent water. Watermelons also contain vitamins A, C and B-complex group, iron, fibre and the amino acid Arginine which has been shown to boost metabolism.
