6 rice paper sheets
1 cup lettuce shredded
1 cup carrot grated
1/2 cheese grated
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup cooked chicken shredded
1. Soak 1 rice paper in a shallow dish of water until just soft (about 20 seconds).
2. Lay on bench and place lettuce on one end of the rice paper.
3. Add carrot, cheese, alfalfa and chicken, and season to taste.
