Nonna Maria’s Passata is an authentic passata, tomato puree. A great ingredient for an authentic Italian flavour for your home cooked cuisine!

Traditionally, Passata is a tomato purée that has been strained of seeds and skins. It can be used in any recipe that calls for tomatoes where it is not important that there be pieces of tomato, such as sauce, soup, and stew. It’s especially nice in dishes where you really want to a fresher tomato flavour to come through.

Use it as a base ingredient for your pasta sauce.  Alternatively spread onto pizza bases and finish with toppings of your choice.
